Privacy Policy (GDPR & CCPA)

1. Information We Collect

When you authenticate via Discord OAuth2, we collect:

• Your unique Discord Snowflake ID and public username.
• Your Discord avatar identifier hash (to display your avatar).
• Your email address (if provided by Discord, for account verification).

2. IP Hashing & Anti-Abuse

To enforce the 24-hour voting limit and prevent bot fraud, client IP addresses are passed through a one-way cryptographic SHA-256 hash combined with a secret server salt. We do not store raw IP addresses in the voting table.

3. Telemetry & Public Server Data

StreetVice periodically polls publicly exposed FiveM server endpoints (/dynamic.json, /info.json) or Cfx.re master list API records. This data includes online player totals, max player slots, hostnames, and resource names. No personal player identifiers are harvested or stored during background polling sweeps.

4. Data Subject Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your account and personal data. To exercise these rights, email privacy@streetvice.net.
